Sleep Assistance (In-App): DreamMe ORBIT incorporates a guided breathing exercise based on traditional yoga techniques. Utilizing specialized color coding projected onto the ceiling, it guides users through proper breathing rhythms without the need for virtual counting. This approach aims to promote effective relaxation and prepare the user for restful sleep.

Immersive Relaxation Experience: By simulating the movement of planets in an orbit, DreamMe ORBIT allows users to engage as an "astronaut" navigating around a selected celestial body. The gentle rotation of planets accompanied by soothing sounds has been shown to lower heart rate and facilitate mental distancing from daily concerns, thereby supporting the transition into sleep.
